about Juana Macias
Juana started MT Career Connections to fill a critical need for community rehabilitation services in Bozeman, MT. With a strong focus on client success and bilingual capabilities, Juana is dedicated to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals seeking employment assistance and basic life skills. This way, MTCC will significantly contribute to the community's inclusivity and support efforts.
Juana has over four years of job coaching experience and holds a bachelor's degree in Social Science with a minor in Education. She is fluent in Spanish, certified in 1st Aid/CPR and has close ties to the Bozeman community. Juana enjoys spending time with her daughter, road trips, watching documentaries, music, reading, comedy and visiting with family & friends.
